Shipping

When you place an order with us, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If, for any reason, your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to provide you with a status update.

We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipments through the service providers' tracking systems for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information, including the tracking number of the shipment, to track with the shipping service provider.

Delivery within the UAE:

Free delivery on orders above AED100, and a charge of AED15 for orders below AED100.
The orders are delivered on the same day or next day in the UAE.

*There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock.
**Applies to shipments with a maximum weight of 30kg and with dimensions not exceeding 12cm x 12cm x 12cm.

International shipping (outside the UAE)

Kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties, and taxes.
