Additionally, our customers have the convenience of tracking their shipments through the tracking systems provided by these service providers, ensuring transparency and accuracy in delivery timeframes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive comprehensive tracking information, including the shipment's tracking number, enabling you to monitor its progress with the selected shipping service provider.

Delivery within the UAE: For our customers within the United Arab Emirates, we offer the following:

1. Free delivery on orders exceeding AED 100.
2. A nominal charge of AED 15 for orders below AED 100.
3. Orders are typically delivered on the same day or the next day within the UAE. (Depending on stock)
4. Additional shipping charges for taxi areas like Ghayathi, Ruwais, etc.

Please note that there may be a slight delay of 5-7 days if the requested item is temporarily out of stock.

International Shipping (Outside the UAE): For our valued international customers, please be aware of the following regarding shipping costs:

1.International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not covered by Mepkart.com.

2.International shipments may be subject to local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other fees imposed by local governments or third-party entities. These additional charges are not included in the initial freight quote and are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods. We kindly advise you to familiarize yourself with your local laws regarding customs fees, duties, and taxes.

3.Payment for international shipping must be made in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process.
